My family took their first without-me vacation a week after I started my freshman year of college. Pretty much the only meat I like is chicken and rarer occasions, beef , so vegetarian food is fantastic for me! I adore trying out foods from different cultures too!
I tend to be slightly less adventurous with the meat dishes on some, but chicken is my favorite! Unless salmon is available….
